Policies & Codes of conduct

‘Unicorn Athletic Junior Football Club acknowledges its responsibility to safeguard the welfare of every child and young person who has been entrusted to its care and is committed to working to provide a safe environment for all members.

We recognise that a child is anyone under the age of 18 and subscribe to The Football Association’s (The FA) Safeguarding Children Policy and Procedures and endorse and adopt the Policy Statement contained in that document.

We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in the game. As a player, spectator or coach you have a big part to play. That’s why Unicorn is asking everyone involved to follow a Respect Code of Conduct.

Unicorn Athletic JFC seeks to do everything it can to support a safe and enjoyable environment for football. This means, if standards ever fall short with poor practice or unacceptable behaviour, there’s a framework in place to make sure we can address the causes of those shortfalls. If you have reason to report any incident or perceived wrong-doing then we have procedures in place to address your concerns.
