About Us
Unicorn Athletic JFC are an FA Charter Standard Football Club based at Smiths Field in Timperley. Our aim is to provide a platform for all ages and abilities to play football in a safe, well organised environment.
All of our sessions are run by DBS checked, FA qualified coaches. Boys and girls from 5 to 8 years of age are invited to train and play at our ever popular Saturday Club where we provide a friendly and fun environment for our younger footballers to learn skills and make new friends. As the children get older they’ll be integrated into our small sided teams to play indoor matches against other local clubs.
Saturday Club
Our Saturday Club is open to boys and girls from reception to year 3 age . We provide FA licensed coaches to create an environment for children to enjoy playing the game with the emphasis on fun, friendship and football.
Although most of our young players attend the sessions every week we don’t expect them to sign up to a long term deal, we operate a pay as you play system and you only pay for the sessions they attend. All players should wear studded boots and shin pads and should have warm, showerproof clothing with them. We advise everyone to bring a non-fizzy drink with them but we do have drinks available to purchase on site for those who forget. We also provide warm food and drink for spectators to purchase too!
All sessions are held at Smiths Field, off Sylvan Avenue, Timperley, WA15 6AE from 9:30am to 11:30am every Saturday morning.
Our club relies on the help of volunteers to assist with coaching and managing our teams so we actively encourage parents/carers to get involved with the sessions (if they want to). We offer support for adults to gain FA coaching qualifications so that they can help us to continue to provide this opportunity to local children.

From Park Road (B5165) travel down Greenway Road then left onto Tabley Grove. Drive straight across the junction with Sylvan Avenue onto the access road that leads to our changing rooms and car park.

2nd team, u17 Dragons, u15 Storm, u15 Thunder, u14 Razors, u9 Jets, u9 Rockets, Saturday Club.
